1. Scope
Using the website or requesting a trial package gives access to ONYX information and a free trial workflow. A paid agreement begins only after all material terms are confirmed with the seller.
2. Free trial
- The package is requested by email and provided after request verification.
- The 30-day period starts with the first successful PRIME or EDGE activation.
- The ZIP includes compiled EX5 files, SET configurations and installation materials. MQL5 source code is not included.
- Begin on a demo account and follow the installation guide.
3. Environment and responsibility
- A compatible Windows environment, MetaTrader 5 and the user’s chosen broker are required.
- The user chooses the broker, account, settings, acceptable risk and start time.
- The terminal or VPS must remain available and correctly configured.
- ONYX does not hold funds or guarantee profit, broker execution or third-party rule compatibility.
4. Intellectual property
ONYX materials and software are for the agreed use only. Unauthorised copying, resale, decompilation, licence bypass or access sharing is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Paid plans
The pricing page is informational while checkout is disabled. Listed amounts are base prices excluding VAT. Before payment, the seller or Merchant of Record must show the product, buyer country, base price, applicable VAT and final EUR total, together with the term, delivery timing, manual renewal, cancellation and refund terms.
6. Mandatory rights
Mandatory consumer rights remain in force. A separate agreement applies together with legal protections that cannot be excluded by contract.
